As
Project Managers and the Owner's Representative we provide full
project management services including all the up-front permitting,
conceptual design and preliminary engineering services for Owner
project development. This service includes equipment specification
and EPC contract writing, negotiation and execution. DCR provides
all project management services during the engineering procurement
and construction phases of the project.
DCR
provides all the Owner's project management services including
Engineering consultants, in all disciplines to perform EPC engineering
reviews and factory inspections. This service is incorporated
into project management on an as needed basis to control costs
but at the same time assure a successful project.
Our
team of experts come equipped with state of the art proprietary
document control database management and project cost control
accounting programs at no additional cost to the Owner. Full programs
are turned over to the Owner, after completion of the project,
as fully functional plant management tools.

Engineering
& Construction Management Services
As
the Owner's project manager, DCR provides design and construction
services for plant facilities outside the EPC scope of work. Engineering
and construction is provided for all disciplines. Duties include
project proposal preparation, estimating, bid preparation, direct
hire, vendor-subcontractor selection & contracting, site CM &
general office administrative organization & management.

DCR provides consulting services for project economic
analysis, site planning and right-of-way analysis, permitting,
fuel planning and analysis, water resources and treatment analysis,
spare part analysis and other services on an as needed basis.
